Alasdair Macrae performing a trampoline skillI am a current National Trampolinist and British Gymnastics L3 UKCC trampoline coach. I currently train at the Cambridge Cangaroos Trampoline Club in Sawston under head coach Tony Fagelman. I have been bouncing since I was six years old and have never fallen out of love with it. Watch my latest trampoline routines.
My favourite skill to perform is a fly-in ballout at full height. If I get the change I will often place this at the start of my first routine if a body landing is required. I also take part and help run trampoline displays for the club to advertise the sport to the local communities in Cambridge.

Competitive History

As a competitor I have bounced at regional and national levels. My personal best difficulty score is 9.1 and my form record is 25.1 (pre-HD) and 16.5 (post-HD). For a full list of my results and grade please see my Cangaroos Profile.

I have coached for over 10 years at recreational courses, schools, universities and trampoline clubs. I presently coach mostly club based trampolinist at Cambridge Cangaroos with the long term aim of coaching a future national champion.
